Yes – our hotel has accessible rooms with wheelchair access, wide doors and adapted bathrooms – ideal for guests with reduced mobility.
No, unfortunately we don’t have twin beds at the arte Hotel Salzburg.
Yes, the arte Hotel Salzburg offers spacious rooms and studios, ideal for a family holiday in Salzburg or a trip with friends. Our Extended Studios, in particular, can accommodate up to four people and are perfect for families with children or small groups who want to explore Salzburg, the city of Mozart, together.
Unfortunately, we do not have any rooms with connecting doors. Our staff at reception will be happy to ensure that rooms are next to each other or on the same floor. Simply let us know your preference when booking – we’ll be happy to accommodate it, subject to availability.
Yes – despite our central location right next to Salzburg Central Station, you’ll enjoy a restful night’s sleep in our quiet rooms. Thanks to state-of-the-art soundproof windows, you won’t hear any road or rail traffic. So you can relax and watch the trains go by whilst still enjoying a peaceful night’s sleep – right in the heart of Salzburg.
At the arte Hotel Salzburg, you pay per room, not per person. There is no standard single room supplement. If your rate includes breakfast, breakfast is charged per person.
Yes, dogs are very welcome! Please let us know when booking that you’ll be travelling with a pet (surcharge per dog). Incidentally, Salzburg is particularly dog-friendly – there are plenty of parks and walking trails right near the hotel.
Our rooms are divided into four categories: Original, Extended, Original Studio and Extended Studio. Each category is available on two different floor levels, with rooms on the higher floors featuring the additional designation “High”.
This gives you a choice of eight room options: Original, Original High, Extended, Extended High, Original Studio, Original Studio High, Extended Studio and Extended Studio High.
All rooms feature modern furnishings, air conditioning and exceptional comfort for your stay in the heart of Salzburg.
We’re happy to provide you with an iron and ironing board free of charge on request – simply ask our staff at reception.
We do not currently offer traditional room service. However, you are welcome to enjoy drinks and snacks at hu:goes14 between 4.00 pm and midnight.
Yes, we’re happy to provide a cot on request for an additional charge. We don’t have extra beds – if there are three or four of you travelling, we recommend our Extended Studios.
