Check-in at the arte Hotel Salzburg is available from 3.00 pm. If you arrive in Salzburg earlier, you’re welcome to leave your luggage with us at reception and set off to explore the city of Mozart straight away.
The standard check-out time at the arte Hotel Salzburg is 12.00. You are welcome to leave your luggage with us even after you have checked out.
Yes – subject to availability and for an additional charge, you can book a late check-out until 2.00 pm. Perfect if you’d like to enjoy Salzburg for a little longer.

We do not offer our own shuttle service. However, our staff at reception will be happy to arrange a taxi for you or advise you on the best public transport links in Salzburg.

You can easily reach the arte Hotel Salzburg via the A1 motorway (take the Salzburg Nord or Salzburg Mitte exit). From there, it’s just a few minutes’ drive to our hotel, which is next to the main railway station.

Yes – the arte Hotel Salzburg is ideally situated for cyclists and can be reached via well-maintained cycle paths. We warmly welcome cyclists.
You are welcome to park your bicycle or e-bike in our underground car park. Please secure it with a suitable bike lock. You park your bike at your own risk. We accept no liability for theft, to the extent permitted by law. Statutory liability claims remain unaffected.
