Whether you book directly online, make a reservation by phone or turn up on the spur of the moment – we want to make things as easy as possible for you. Here you’ll find answers to questions about bookings, cancellations, rates and payment options, so that everything runs smoothly. And if anything is still unclear – our staff at reception will be happy to help you in person at any time!
PLEASE NOTE: Please note that we never ask for bank account or credit card details via digital channels (e.g. WhatsApp, text message, email) outside the booking process, nor do we request payments via these channels!
We recommend that, when dealing with emails, phone calls, WhatsApp etc. to always check the sender’s details carefully, not to click on links or open attachments without verifying them first, not to enter passwords, credit card or bank details via a link in an email, and, if in doubt, to contact the hotel exclusively via the secure contact details provided.
At the arte Hotel Salzburg, you can pay conveniently and securely – either in cash or by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) or EC/Maestro card. Cash payments are accepted in euros only.
Yes – many of our rates can be cancelled flexibly right up until the day of arrival. With the flexible rate, you can cancel your booking free of charge up until 6.00 pm on the day of arrival.
Please note: For non-refundable offers, no refund is possible. You’ll find the exact terms and conditions in your booking confirmation.
In principle, an advance payment is not required. If you book directly, you can simply pay for your room on arrival.
