The arte Hotel Salzburg has two seminar rooms that can be flexibly combined. The ‘Transsib’ seminar room, with an area of 100 m², can accommodate 50 people, whilst the second seminar room, ‘TGV’, with an area of 34 m², is suitable for 20 people.
Large windows provide plenty of natural light and an inspiring view over Salzburg.
Our meeting rooms are equipped with modern conference technology:

Yes – we offer attractive conference packages including room hire, technical equipment, coffee breaks and lunch. Our banquet team will be happy to advise you on how to organise the perfect event.
The cancellation policy depends on the package booked and the number of participants. As a general rule, cancellation is free of charge between 8 and 4 weeks before the event begins; after that, a pro rata charge applies as agreed.

Separate cancellation policies apply to group bookings. Generally, cancellations made between 90 and 30 days before arrival are free of charge, depending on the size of the group, and after that, the full cost will be charged depending on when the cancellation is made. Our booking team will be happy to advise you on your specific terms and conditions.
