about Ringelspue.
Ringelspue is dialect pop rock from Lower Austria, and they stand for honesty, down-to-earthness and a good dose of humour. Like a little “Ringelspue” (carousel), their music is all about life: about getting up and going on, about not pretending and being “afoch” (simply) human. Cohesion is important to the band, good humour and the liberating feeling of being able to escape everyday life for a few songs.
As an approachable trio, they meet their audience where they are, in dialect, with energy and true stories that people know. At Ringelspue they dance, laugh and sometimes even pull out the “Schneiztiachl” (handkerchief). Perfection is secondary, authenticity is everything. The band makes music to switch off to, sing along to and empathise with – timeless, true to life and with heart.
