“Speculation”

This drink can be created in many ways, we offer 3 variants in our wine bar: homemade iced tea – non-alcoholic, the hot variant non-alcoholic and with a shot! The basic ingredient is always a blood orange juice, a brewed blood orange tea and speculaas syrup.
Ingredients
- ¼ blood orange juice
- blood orange tea bag
- shot of speculoos syrup
- orange slice
Glass: Retro glass
ICE TEA SPECULATION
Infuse the tea bag in approx. 6 cl of hot water for approx. 5 minutes, then fill the glass generously with ice cubes and the blood orange juice. Now pour a dash of speculoos syrup over the remaining ingredients and garnish the drink with a slice of orange and some cinnamon on top.
HOT SPECULATION
Leave the tea to infuse just as long as the iced tea, heat the blood orange juice in a pan, then add the two ingredients together in a cup, top with the specuoos syrup again, slice of orange with cinnamon – done.
HOT SPECULATION WITH SHOT
Add 2 – 4 cl of Inländer rum – a delight!
