Parking
Please note the parking regulations for Vienna: The Vienna city area is a charged short-term parking zone with many places restricted for parking also on the weekends.
For our guests who do not need their car during their stay, we can recommend the Park & Ride places, you may park there for a economic rate and arrive by subway.
Closest by option is parking in the APCOA car park Lugner City. Please take a ticket when entering the car park and keep it with you. You can park wherever you find space (even if short-stay parking is indicated). The “arte Hotel Wien” elevator gives you direct access to our lobby. Parking costs EUR 20,- for 24 hours and you may pay directly in the garage. (Prices subject to change) The maximum entry height of the Lugner City car park is 1.95 metres.
The Garage at Ludo Hartmann Platz and the Stadthallengarage are in walking distance of the hotel.
Journey
By train
The city of Vienna is well connected to the ÖBB and Westbahn network. From the main train station Hauptbahnhof – Südtiroler Platz, take tram line 18 in the direction of Burggasse/Stadthalle to the Urban Loritz Platz and walk to the hotel from there about 3 minutes. From Wien-Meidling station, take the underground line U6 in the direction of Floridsdorf to Burggasse/Stadthalle station. From Westbahnhof station, take the underground line U6 in the direction of Floridsdorf to Burggasse/Stadthalle station, or you can walk to our hotel in just 10 minutes.
From the airport
From the bus terminal at Schwechat Airport, take the bus VAL 1 (Vienna Airport Line 1) to Westbahnhof (Europaplatz). From Westbahnhof, take the subway U6 in the direction of Floridsdorf to Burggasse/Stadthalle station, or you can walk to our hotel in just 10 minutes.
It is also an option, to take the SBahn train from the airport to main train station Hauptbahnhof – Südtiroler Platz, from there take tram line 18 in the direction of Burggasse/Stadthalle to the Urban Loritz Platz and walk to the hotel from there about 3 minutes.
