At every arte Hotel, we create a space for creative encounters and new perspectives. Through our event series artist’s place, we provide a stage for young, emerging and established artists where music, art and performance can flourish freely. Whether it’s electronic sounds, visual art or interdisciplinary formats, our artist’s place deliberately moves between art forms and thrives on openness, a spirit of experimentation and exchange. In a relaxed atmosphere, the hotel becomes a meeting place for artists, guests and locals alike – a place where creativity comes to life.
Red Luck live at Artists Place
On 16 July 2026, the artists place once again became a meeting place for lovers of handmade live music. The evening’s guests were Red Luck, a duo who left their mark on the concert with great emotion, musical passion and an unmistakable stage presence.
Jutta Glück (vocals and piano) and Bernie Rothauer (acoustic and electric guitar, drums) impressed with a varied programme that included well-known classics as well as their own compositions. Rather than simply reproducing the originals, they interpreted songs by U2, Cyndi Lauper, The Beatles and many other artists in their own unique way. Through creative arrangements, finely tuned instrumentation and a great deal of musical sensitivity, they created new soundscapes that lent the familiar songs a depth of emotion all of their own.
Particularly impressive was the harmonious interplay between the two musicians. Jutta Glück’s expressive vocals blended with Bernie Rothauer’s versatile guitar sounds to create a cohesive whole. Sophisticatedly employed loops and rhythmic elements lent the songs added dynamism, whilst quiet passages created intimate and moving moments. Thus, powerful climaxes alternated with quiet, emotional moments, turning the evening into a varied musical journey.
Red Luck’s original compositions were also very well received by the audience. They fitted seamlessly into the concert programme and highlighted the duo’s musical style. Authentic, sincere and performed with palpable passion, they presented their own works, thereby creating a special connection with the guests.
Once again, the artists place provided the ideal setting for this. The intimate atmosphere, the close connection between the artists and the audience, and the stylish setting made the evening a special experience. Many guests were swept away by the music, enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and rewarded Red Luck with a long round of applause.
The concert evening impressively demonstrated what the artists place stands for: a place where music is not just heard, but experienced. With their authentic performance, musical quality and engaging charisma, Red Luck left a lasting impression and ensured a summer’s evening that will remain in the memories of many visitors for a long time to come.
