Together with the arte Hotel, HOSI Salzburg invites you to the Queer Lounge – perhaps the most beautiful sundowner location in the city!

Event review:

On 31 August 2025, the Rooftop Bar on the 16th floor of the arte Hotel Salzburg was transformed into a very special meeting place: together with HOSI Salzburg, we invited guests to the Rooftop Queer Lounge. Under the open sky, with a view over the city and the surrounding mountains, our guests celebrated diversity, visibility and community.

In bright sunshine and later an unforgettable sunset, numerous visitors enjoyed good drinks, queer beats and, above all, the relaxed, open atmosphere. DJ Sticky created the perfect atmosphere above the rooftops of Salzburg with his sound. The roof terrace became a place where people came together, engaged in conversation, laughed, danced and brought Pride in Salzburg to a special close.

We would like to thank everyone who attended and made this evening an unforgettable experience. The Rooftop Queer Lounge showed how important it is to create spaces for diversity and cohesion – and how wonderful it is to experience Salzburg from its colourful, open side.
