The “Culture Corner” is not just about music – it is an experience that highlights the diversity of the Salzburg art scene. We firmly believe that art in all its facets is an essential part of our community and, above all, of the city of Salzburg. We are therefore delighted to offer creative and committed minds the opportunity to present themselves in our centre and thus reach a wide audience.

An evening full of energy, emotion and female fronted rock above the rooftops of the city
On 10 July 2025, the rooftop bar hu:goes14 at the arte Hotel Salzburg was once again transformed into a stage for real live music – this time with the up-and-coming Salzburg rock band TiJA. As part of the Culture Corner concert series, numerous guests experienced a rousing evening of urban flair, handmade music and impressive views over the city.
TiJA, the exciting music project centred around singer Tanja Loitfelder, impressed with a powerful sound, honest songwriting and a stage presence that immediately captivated the audience. The combination of emotional depth and rocking energy left no one untouched – whether with their well-known songs such as “Sad Songs”, “Waves” and “Extra”, or with new, as yet unreleased tracks.
With their own style somewhere between Paramore and Avril Lavigne, but always unmistakably TiJA, the band brought a breath of fresh air to the Austrian rock scene – and now also to the bar of the arte Hotel. Between the modern ambience, atmospheric sunset and intense music, an atmosphere was created that delighted both hotel guests and music fans from the region.
The concert was a complete success – an evening that will live long in the memory and once again showed how much musical talent is at home in Salzburg. We would like to thank TiJA for this special experience – and are already looking forward to the next cultural highlights at Culture Corner.
