On 28 May 2025, we brought Matt Epp & JD Crossroads to our cosy rooftop bar at the arte Hotel Salzburg.

On 28 May 2025, the rooftop bar hu:goes14 at the arte Hotel Salzburg was transformed into a stage for handmade music full of passion and depth. As part of the Artists Place, Matt Epp and JD Crossroads presented an intimate concert experience that captivated from the very first note.
Matt Epp, the award-winning singer-songwriter from Canada, took the audience on a musical journey with his warm voice and honest songs. Together with JD Crossroads – guitarist, singer and virtuoso in his field – an exciting dialogue was created between musicians and listeners.
The special atmosphere above the rooftops of Salzburg, combined with the stylish surroundings of the building and the unrestricted view of the city and mountains, gave the evening a unique aura. Between quietly played folk tones and intense blues moments, a concert was created that will remain in the memory.
We would like to thank all the guests who celebrated this musical evening with us, as well as Matt Epp and JD Crossroads for their impressive performance. Stay tuned: Further Artists Place evenings at the arte Hotel Salzburg are being planned – stay tuned.
